TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you use the Block Vortex website, account system, store, community, and Minecraft server services.

Acceptance

  1. By using Block Vortex, creating an account, joining the server, or buying digital items, you agree to these terms, the server rules, refund policy, privacy policy, and cookie policy.
  2. If you do not agree, do not use the website, store, account system, or server.
  3. We may update these terms when services, store features, payment flows, or legal requirements change.

Accounts And Security

  1. You are responsible for keeping your email, password, Minecraft account, and session secure.
  2. Use accurate account and order information. Incorrect Minecraft nicknames may delay or prevent delivery.
  3. We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, cheating, ban evasion, or terms violations.

Digital Items

  1. Store products are digital Minecraft server items, ranks, keys, perks, currency, or access benefits for Block Vortex services.
  2. Digital items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be limited to the account or nickname used during purchase.
  3. Server resets, balancing, technical changes, or rule enforcement may affect gameplay value, item behavior, or availability.

Player Conduct

  1. You must follow the server rules and staff instructions during moderation.
  2. Cheating, exploiting, harassment, spam, fraud, payment abuse, and attempts to harm the website or server are prohibited.
  3. Violations may lead to warnings, mutes, bans, item removal, balance resets, order restrictions, or account closure.

Payments

  1. Prices are shown in the store currency before checkout. Payment provider fees, exchange rates, and bank fees may be outside our control.
  2. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  3. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in removal of delivered digital items and account restrictions.

Availability And Liability

  1. We try to keep Block Vortex available, but maintenance, outages, attacks, bugs, third-party failures, or Minecraft platform changes may interrupt service.
  2. Services are provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost progress, lost profits, or unavailable gameplay time.

Company, Support And Disputes

  1. Block Vortex is operated by DIGIMOT OU, registry code 17500161, Karja tn 4-1, Kiili alev, 75401 Kiili vald, Harju maakond, Estonia.
  2. Support requests, appeals, order issues, refund questions, and conflict situations should be sent through the Support Center or by email to support@blockvortex.net.
  3. Please include your account email, Minecraft nickname, order ID or transaction reference, screenshots, and a clear description of the issue so support can review it fairly.
  4. We try to resolve disputes through support first. If a matter cannot be resolved informally, applicable mandatory consumer rights and legal procedures remain available.
