REFUND POLICY

This policy explains when Block Vortex can refund, replace, or investigate digital Minecraft server purchases.

Digital Delivery

  1. Block Vortex sells digital server items and benefits. Delivery usually starts automatically after successful payment confirmation.
  2. By buying digital items, you request delivery before any normal withdrawal period has ended where applicable law allows this.
  3. After a digital item is delivered or used, refunds are generally not available unless required by law or approved by support.

When A Refund May Be Approved

  1. Duplicate orders caused by a technical or payment processing error.
  2. Payment was successful, but the item was not delivered and support cannot deliver a replacement.
  3. The wrong item was delivered because of a confirmed Block Vortex system error.
  4. Legal consumer rights require a refund in your country or region.

Usually Not Refundable

  1. Purchases delivered to the Minecraft nickname entered during checkout, even if the nickname was typed incorrectly by the customer.
  2. Items already used, opened, spent, traded, transferred, or consumed in-game.
  3. Losses caused by bans, mutes, rule violations, chargebacks, account sharing, scams, or compromised accounts.
  4. Gameplay balance changes, server resets, maintenance, temporary downtime, or personal preference changes after delivery.

How To Request Help

  1. Contact support through the Support Center or by email at support@blockvortex.net as soon as possible after the issue appears.
  2. Include your order email, Minecraft nickname, product name, payment date, transaction reference, and screenshots if available.
  3. Support may offer delivery, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the confirmed issue.

Chargebacks And Disputes

  1. Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate delivery and order status through the conflict resolution process.
  2. Fraudulent or unresolved chargebacks may result in removal of purchased items, balance changes, account restrictions, or server bans.
  3. If a payment provider reverses a payment, related digital items may be removed from the account.

Refund Timing

  1. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
  2. Bank, card, and payment provider processing times are outside our control.
