REFUND POLICY
This policy explains when Block Vortex can refund, replace, or investigate digital Minecraft server purchases.

Digital Delivery
- Block Vortex sells digital server items and benefits. Delivery usually starts automatically after successful payment confirmation.
- By buying digital items, you request delivery before any normal withdrawal period has ended where applicable law allows this.
- After a digital item is delivered or used, refunds are generally not available unless required by law or approved by support.

When A Refund May Be Approved
- Duplicate orders caused by a technical or payment processing error.
- Payment was successful, but the item was not delivered and support cannot deliver a replacement.
- The wrong item was delivered because of a confirmed Block Vortex system error.
- Legal consumer rights require a refund in your country or region.

Usually Not Refundable
- Purchases delivered to the Minecraft nickname entered during checkout, even if the nickname was typed incorrectly by the customer.
- Items already used, opened, spent, traded, transferred, or consumed in-game.
- Losses caused by bans, mutes, rule violations, chargebacks, account sharing, scams, or compromised accounts.
- Gameplay balance changes, server resets, maintenance, temporary downtime, or personal preference changes after delivery.

How To Request Help
- Contact support through the Support Center or by email at support@blockvortex.net as soon as possible after the issue appears.
- Include your order email, Minecraft nickname, product name, payment date, transaction reference, and screenshots if available.
- Support may offer delivery, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the confirmed issue.

Chargebacks And Disputes
- Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate delivery and order status through the conflict resolution process.
- Fraudulent or unresolved chargebacks may result in removal of purchased items, balance changes, account restrictions, or server bans.
- If a payment provider reverses a payment, related digital items may be removed from the account.

Refund Timing
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
- Bank, card, and payment provider processing times are outside our control.
